Metal Allergies

If you're like me and allergic to numerous metals, you may want to consider your drinking water. Water always made my sore throat until I had the epiphany that I have reactions to most metals I come into contact with, and drinking water, depending on its source, can carry various metals, even if usually in trace amounts. I switched to filtered water, specifically PUR, and it's been a game changer. It's the only filter where I've been able to taste and feel the difference.

Cooking with Arthritis

Having arthritis, it really feels like choices and options in life are limited. Every thought when buying or using something often consists of "how much pressure is this going to put on my joints?" or "will I regret using this later?" Because it does for me. I had to be strategic with my pans as the last set was too heavy for me, despite it being thin metal. But I found a set that's lightweight, easy to clean, and stackable for convenient storage. Just be careful with high heat.

Managing Hand Stiffness and Pain

Doing everyday tasks with arthritis in your hands and wrists is very painful and uncomfortable. From dropping things, swelling, or to your hand seizing up, it'd be nice to find support. With these gloves, if you get the right size, they are the perfect balance between flexibility and stability.

Managing Back Pain While Sleeping

Everyone's body and needs are unique but back pain is a shared struggle for many. What may bring you relief may differ from others, but I will say, adding this topper has changed the game for my back pain and everyone in my family has agreed my bed is the most comfortable they laid on. It's firm enough to support but soft enough that it doesn't agitate my joint pain while sleeping. It's still holding strong 7 years later.

Cholecystectomy Support

After getting my gallbladder removed, many recommended enzyme or bile support. I initially tried the Now Super Enzymes but felt they were a too strong for me. I have since found Physician's Choice Digestive Enzymes to be the perfect supplement after eating heavier meals.
